1. Provider

AI Engineers Academy is operated by CoreMind Systems, CVR 45753255, Juvelvej 80, 8700 Horsens, Denmark. Contact: hello@aiengineers.academy

2. Products

We sell digital educational content. All products are delivered electronically via our platform at app.aiengineers.academy.

3. Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. We never store card details.

4. Digital Delivery & Right of Withdrawal

Course access is delivered immediately after payment via magic link email. By checking the digital consent checkbox at checkout, you explicitly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

6. License

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course materials. Code examples may be used in your own projects.

7. Liability

Course content is educational and provided "as-is". Total liability is limited to the purchase amount.

Contact hello@aiengineers.academy. EU residents may use the EU ODR platform.

9. Governing Law

Danish law. Disputes settled at Danish courts.
